Anyone Knows any Crypto Backed Card in Hong Kong?

Will move to Hong Kong soon, and thinking of adopting bitcoin for day to day transactions as well. To that end, I am looking for something like a bitcoin card that gives me a prepaid visa/master card from which I can spend in fiats (with on spot conversion rate).

These are the features I am looking for.

• A hot wallet address for receiving crpto
• Direct top up with my fiat bank account
• Visa/Master card (physical) for POS or online spending with on spot conversion
• Ability to send bitcoins to my cold wallet address as well when necessary

Can I get all these service as a one-stop option with any trustworthy app? Any recommendations welcome.

I know the value of cold hardware wallet, but for convenience sake, I can put some fund (let's say about 100 mBTC) in a hot wallet to pay the bills and expenses, provided the extra charges by the card issuer are not outrageous.
