BCH doesn't work

I have a simple requirement, I want to use my own bitcoin cash node which Ledger Wallet doesn't support.

When I try to use Electron cash with my 2 Ledgers I keep getting the same error:

Here's what I've tried

1. Using a different cable
2. Making sure that Ledger Live is closed
3. Ensuring Electron Cash is updated
4. Making sure that I'm using Bitcoin Cash app on Ledger (Not Bitcoin)
5. Using both a Windows computer and a Mac (Both get the same error
6. Using a different Ledger (I have 2 both on latest firmware)
