Instead of having Bitcoin conferences we should have Bitcoin festivals.

Bands could play with a QR code on stage to tip in Bitcoin. Food and drink vendors could accept BTC. Have some Bitcoin ATM's

Maybe a Midway with games for prizes, where you pay in BTC.

Let your imagination go wild.

The point is conferences are boring and only attract people already in Bitcoin. I think this could help drive adoption.
