Bitcoin Quantum Migration Plan That Would Freeze Legacy Coins - BIP 361 Discussion

This was proposed for some time, getting more attention currently. I'm personally not a fan of freezing any coins, just trying to inform the masses. Hopefully u/statoshi will join us and explain the options.
