Maybe this question is a stupid one but there seems to be no clear answer to this. If I purchase Bitcoin and then decide to sell at a profit and leave the amount in my wallet (Robinhood, Crypto, Coinbase) without cashing out or withdrawing to my bank account, do i have to pay taxes on the gains?
