Blockchain holding my funds for over 2 years

I deposited crypto over 2 years ago to blockchain, they blocked my account and asked for proof of funds , bank statements , payslips etc I provided all this and they told me they’d review it. I still haven’t got my money and they just ignore my email while occasionally replying:
