KuCoin refuse to return BTC

KuCoin claim they are not responsible for my BTC being sold off at a massive loss in hundreds of trades - over $11,000 gone

They claim someone seized my details to do this as there are no strange IPs

Why would someone even do this? Not take my BTC, just make hundreds of deliberate losing trades?

More likely an internal error by KuCoin - they will never admit to

$11,000 is more than half my retirement fund
