Has anyone taken on the tax department and won?

In my opinion, most tax laws regarding BTC and crypto in general, are wrong.

A lot of countries treat crypto as property, followed up by CGT laws.

I would like to know if anyone has legally challenged the tax office, and succeeded with a private ruling, or change to the tax law's?
