How many Satoshi's do El Salvadorians spent on grocery shopping?

It's hard for me to grasp the buying power of bitcoin if I only can compare it to other currencies. Since El Salvador adapted btc as currency I would like to know how many sat's they spend, for example a loaf of bread. Does anyone know? Since btc is volatile, do they adapt the prices daily or is it a live exchange rate?
