How to Buy Bitcoin Anonymously

I’m interested in acquiring more BTC in the most anonymous way possible and sending them to another wallet.

I’ve heard that Bisq and OKX are well-known platforms for local cash/crypto exchanges. Would they be good options for maintaining privacy, or are there better alternatives? I’m also considering using a Bitcoin ATM with fiat currency. Are ATMs generally safe for anonymous transactions, or do they have certain limitations?

Any other suggestions for securing BTC without revealing personal information? Would using tools like mixers or privacy-focused wallets be a good step in maintaining anonymity?
