How to retire on 1 BTC

What would you do if you had 1btc and it’s worth $1 million. Everything else in the world is the same. How would you spend or get interest on it to retire? The obvious way would just sell it all but then you have capital gains etc.

Just wondering if people have thought about this, who have the idea of having 1 btc for retirement.
