I got gifted 2 bitcoins

Hello everyone. I got a graduation gift from my family member and I just see that I have 2 bitcoins in my trust wallet. Is there any advice how to make it safer to keep? And have you guys any advice where can I spend some of my btc like online shopping or something I want to buy myself something nice. Sorry English is not my first language So there might be funny word combinations :P
