Investing couple thousands right now

Hello, is it worth buying BTC right now ? I am not much experienced with crypto, but since Trump won again and promised to make it as national reserve currency, I think about putting couple thousands. I have about 20k USDT, is it smart to buy BTC with that or let it stay as USDT ?
