Looking for a Lightning to Debit Mastercard / Visacard service

There are already a number of Bitcoin to Debit Mastercard / Visacard services. Lastbit provided for a short time a Lightning to Debit Mastercard / Visacard service however this service was discontinued.

I am specifically looking for a service that allow lightning to add a balance to your debit card. KYC is not a problem.
