Memecoin ontop of BCH

Hey guys! hope you are doin well. exciting times.

I had an idea today of creating a memecoin on the BCH blockchain because, why not.

Spinning on the true meaning of bitcoin whitepapers. "TrueSatoshi" or something like this.

Question,

Is this a possible and viable feat to do ontop of BCH? Does it requier technical programming skills etc?

All the best.
