Mining-dutch got 2 orphans on BCHA

Not long ago people here realized that miners needed to take deliberate action to mine BCHA. Do it wrong, skip tests, get invalid blocks... And these were particularly expensive ones.

Reading their discord, I believe they are going for a 3rd one soon:

I've swapped the 2 transaction positions now testing.....

PS. This 'testing' he is referring to is in production. yay!
