Multi-sig question

So, i'm looking at moving my coins to a MS (2o2) setup. i understand that having 2 hardware wallets would be best for this. i use ledgers (i know people dont like them too much here, but anyway).

with ledgers u can have 2 wallets: 1st is the seed phrase, and the second is an "offset" from the seed phrase by means of a 25th word.

my question: would it be "bad practice" to setup the MS 2o2 using a single ledger with the 2 wallets/accounts - that use the same seed phrase but differentiated by 25th word between the 2 accounts?
