My biggest concerns with self-custody are 1) What if I die? and 2) What if I lose my memory? How would my family access any bitcoin I might have?

I know I am not alone in these concerns. I am just curious how other people approach these same concerns and what conclusions or solutions have you come to? (Yes, I know I will die at some point.)
