Short Term Loan to purchase BTC immediately while I wait for condo sell?

I own a condo in Vancouver Canada and I plan to sell it shortly. (This decision has nothing to do with BTC. I'm selling it anyway)

However I plan to invest a certain amount of the sale into BTC. About $30k CAD.

According to my realtor, from the date of listing to the date I actually receive the money could be 3-7 months.

The problem is that I want to invest it now, two weeks before the US election and it's already October so the historically predicted bull run should start very soon.

My question for you all is, what is the best method of getting a $30k loan?

My bank won't give me one. I'm looking at other lending options.

For context:

• I would pay back the entire loan immediately upon sale of my condo.
• I am investing money I am 100% prepared to lose.
• I have the money already, but can't access it because it's in the form of a condo.
• I already have $10k in BTC that I invested over the last 2 years. I rode out the crash and I'm up 15-20%
• I'm a BTC believer. I've researched it. I'm prepared to take the risk.

Therefore my question is mainly on types of short term loans. Open to all suggestions and "financial advice"
