Strange Change Transaction

Weird.

My bitcoin wallet shows a "change" transaction of 294 sats, received a few days ago. But there is no "spend" transaction from which to receive change. I did send a few thousand sats from my primal wallet to my strike wallet a day or so after this transaction shows up. But weird.
