Using BCH for a week changed what I pay attention to completely
I’ve held crypto for years but almost all of it has basically been buy, trade, leave it sitting somewhere.
Last week I decided to actually use BCH whenever I had the chance. Sent some to a friend, moved some between my own wallets, paid for one small thing with it. Nothing exciting.
What surprised me is how quickly price stopped being the interesting part.
I still do most of my actual trading on Moon and like it a lot for that, but using BCH directly reminded me that trading and actually using crypto feel like two completely different worlds.
With BTC I instinctively open the chart and wonder what the next move is. With BCH I kept checking whether the transaction arrived, how long it took and what I actually paid to send it.
Kinda made me realize how rarely I judge crypto by whether I’d actually want to use the thing.
For people here who own both, do you mentally treat BTC and BCH as completely different things at this point?
