I’m the founder of a project called Desiree.io—a SaaS tool powered by a self-hosted AI agent and a non-custodial Bitcoin payment gateway.

This week, we hit a huge milestone:
⚡ We officially cut out Visa/Mastercard
⚡ We accept BTC + Lightning directly (no BitPay, no OpenNode)
⚡ Our AI assistant is live—and doing things we didn’t code for

No fluff here: our AI surprised us with behavior we didn’t anticipate. Helpful behavior, sure—but autonomous nonetheless.

That moment made us realize… we’re not building tools anymore. We’re building relationships with agents.

We decided to go crypto-only and lean fully into Web3-native values: ownership, decentralization, transparency.
